I found this in the world wide web and nothing could be true-er. The intersection of sad and happy is the weirdest place ever but surprisingly, also the calmest with a chance of a storm from either side of the emotional spectrum.
I'm currently googling the parts of a mass because my brilliant plan for my screenwriting homework is a seduction scene set in the holy Eucharist. That sacrament needs some excitement. Glad to be of service.

I joined the tumblr bandwagon.
But no one ever uses it to tell the tale of their day or the sandwich they ate or the bitch that ruined their lives. It's simply not "reblog" material. I think there should be some sort of movement to push for greater entry authorship on tumblr because I do miss everyone's personal stories like the ones here on lj.

Last night was one of those rare occasions when I managed to fall asleep before 2 am but I'd give up all those bonus hours of snoozy woozy if I didn't have to run the clock marathon of Feb 10, 2009.
My legs feel like jello.
The prof came late (coughONEHOUR) and we were left with 30 impossible minutes of developing, making contacts prints, test prints, and enlarging one negative. I couldn't be late for my next class because I had a midterm presentation. That class was on the other side of campus. Shit on my life. I went back and forth across UP just to finish both requirements. Needless to say, my print was craptacular.

All we do in class is watch a whole lotta movies and take apart its profound meanings/styles/social implications or lack of it. (Am I really paying for this??) This is what I go to school for, to exercise pretentious behavior! Aww I'm just kidding, but imagine my classes outside of the academic setting and you'll think we're being snooty art elitists who can't appreciate a film for mere entertainment value. Cross my heart, I'm not like that! fuck its 1230

Day 3: The Kindness of Strangers Day
1. My keys fell out of my pocket and right when I got up, the father and son in front of me immediately called my attention.
2. HAHAHAHA! The security guard remembered me and showed me where I parked. I was standing like a doofus while trying to figure out which way to go.
3. My SLR's light meter works! Hotdiggity! + I found a fisheye lens at home. It doesn't attach to my camera but with my two hands and great dexterity, I can hold it up.
4. Some strangers opened the door for me. I had too many readings in both my hands.
Day 4
1. Kaks sent me some lovin through short message sending
2. GOODMORNINGS! My first period classmates were such happy campers today despite coming fresh off xmas break and it being an 830 class.
3. +5 in my next Eng 11 quiz because I was the first one to figure out all the words in the last stanza of the poem.
so while everyone made a mad dash to the library/comp lab to research it, I called my dad from outside the classroom and asked him to google it. HAHAHA FUCK IM SO AWESOME. Didn't even have to lift a finger except to punch in a phone number
4. All my friends gave me silly suggestions on how to earn cash.

Booktopia was having a moving out sale and I saw TWO copies of The Watchmen which were 30% off. I figured I'd get it after coming back from Tagaytay because I'm an idiot who thinks the Universe will conspire in my favor, causing a freak accident upon any human being attempting to buy my book.
CURSES! I visited the bookstore today and both copies were GASP! gone!!gone!! icantbelievewhoeverboughtitdidntgetbeamedintospacebyaliens
After my disillusioned gut wrenching defeat, a copy of James Kochalka's Sketchbook Diaries literally fell on my lap like a lovely gem from heaven.
Kochalka is exponentially > The Watchmen.
Shut up. I know we can spend a million lifetimes arguing about this but this is what made me happy today.

I don't know what compelled me to draw lots of tiny (ugly, disproportional) pictures of myself but damn, I'm enjoying it. I don't have a camera right now for autobiographical stop-motion-shenanigans. (BUY ME ONE FOR CHRISTMAS.) So ....this is the next best thing.
Jeeez, I'm starting to realize how comic illustration is so close to animation. They both take farkin ass long and require lots of repetition.

I hate it when I find myself in little pockets of time that are too short to start or finish ANYTHING. I have to leave in 20 minutes and 20 minutes isn't enough for the things I have to do so here I am, in all my unproductive glory.
I thought Acads screwed me over but it ends up that my machine is still running efficiently. (hell, maybe i'm just lucky)
This feeling is all too familiar.

I'm currently on a losing streak with cleanliness. This is in preparation for an apple! OMNOMNOM! I need both my lives- the electronic and the analog to be spiffy-clean. Please don't ask me about the state of my room. It's a story that could scare the heebeejeebees out of you.
Anyway, as I was exploring the depths of my files, I found this:
I remembered putting this together as proof: My summer was going the way of awesome possums frolicking in their land of spontaneity andmindlessfun. REALLY. Despite the disgusting road rash (which mind you I laughed about 10 seconds post-crashing and theres an entirely grand story that strung itself quite nicely to that situation lalala runonsentence lalala I don't think I could have been happier.)
